Inhemsk hälsovetenskaplig referensdatabas som omfattar medicin och vårdvetenskap samt den biovetenskapliga litteraturen, som ansluter sig till medicin. Allt som är publicerat i Finland inom detta område medtages oberoende av språk. Artikelreferenser samlas från ca 90 inhemska medicinska och hälsovetenskapliga tidskrifter, samt kunskapsprov och doktorsavhandlingar, mötespublikationer, böcker och forskningsrapporter. Medic contains references to Finnish medical and health sciences literature published in Finland and not included in international databases. Various aspects of medicine and related areas are covered. Medic provides references to articles from about 90 medical journals as well as to monographs, such as reports of universities or research institutions, meeting abstracts and proceedings, and academic dissertations. Most of the references as well as the information retrieval are in Finnish.
