Log in to Finna in order to:
New users should do the following in order to activate your user account in Finna:
1. log in
2. connect the library card (only users with Arcada id)
3. change pin code
Log in
Students and staff at Arcada should log in using their Arcada username.
External users should log in using the library card number and a pin code. Your birth date (DDMM) serves as a temporary pin code on the first login if you have not previously set a pin code. Change the temporary code to a 4-12 characters code in the My profile tab. You can use letters (a-z, A-Z) and numbers (0-9).Online Payment
Go to the Fines tab. Click Online payment and follow the instructions.
Payment Service Provider
Paytrail Plc acts as a collecting payment service provider and is an authorized Payment Institution. Paytrail Plc will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Plc will forward the payment to the merchant. For reclamations, please contact the website the payment was made to.
